Environmentally friendly
and sustainable

The bazuba methods are not only stress-free, fast and cost-effective for the client, but also good for the environment!

Life cycle assessment proves the sustainability of our methods

A study compared the alternative procedures of bazuba with conventional renovation methods such as retiling bathroom walls or replacing old bathtubs.

"If you compare the total energy required to install a new bathtub with that for resurfacing, it can be seen that the energy consumption for a new installation is five times higher."

We care about our environment

We are constantly working to further develop our materials and processes to protect our environment. For example, we now use coating materials with even lower solvent content, which means we have certainly improved on the values from the previous life cycle assessment.

Information about our life cycle assessment

The study was conducted by Rupert Fellinger and Susanne Püls-Schlesinger on behalf of the City of Vienna Magistrate MA 22 Environmental Protection and Miracle Management Consulting GmbH (now bazuba) back in 2001.

"The differences are even more pronounced when it comes to global warming potential. The amount of kg CO2 equivalent for installing a new bathtub is eight times higher compared to resurfacing."
