In 1987, the Zugmayer-Preleitner family founded the company Remaill-Technik in Austria – at that time specialising in the repair and restoration of bathroom surfaces. The idea was simple and convincing: Why replace a bathtub when you can refurbish it more affordably and quickly?
This core idea still drives bazuba today. What began as a one-man business has become a franchise system with locations in Austria, Germany, and Italy. What has changed: the name, the network, the methods. What has remained the same: the commitment to solving real problems honestly.

FAMILY BUSINESS SINCE 1987
The Zugmayer-Preleitner family has run bazuba since day one. Today, Constantin Zugmayer leads the company together with his wife, Sonja Zugmayer. Their children are also involved: Sebastian manages three locations in Lower Austria and Styria, Paul is responsible for training and the further development of our services, and Bernhard handles finance and purchasing. What has continued through three generations is not just the company – but a genuine passion for what is possible in the bathroom.
