It can happen quickly: A scratch or a chipped spot on the enamel or acrylic tub occurs due to a carelessness. What used to be expensive can be repaired quickly and inexpensively with bazuba.

The surroundings of the bathtub are neatly covered before the repair and existing silicone joints are removed. Then the damage is prepared and two special cleaners are used for thorough pre-treatment. On the cleaned surface is applied bazuba connector, specially developed for this procedure, which inseparably connects (“welds”) the existing surface (enamel, ceramic, acrylic) with our self-developed surface material.
Once the damage in the bathtub or shower tray is perfectly prepared, the next step follows. The putty is applied generously and while it dries, the color from the SanCoat is matched to the tub. Then the excess putty is removed and fine putty is applied. After the drying phase, the excess material is removed again.
The bazuba surface material is then applied by spraying. Two coats of our SanCoat are applied at short intervals. After spraying, a heating lamp is used for rapid curing.
After the surface has hardened, it is polished and finally a sealant is applied. The bathtub coating is finished!
