And now you come into play. We are looking for you for our German headquarters in Werl

Business Development Manager / Franchise (m/f/d)

Your mission:

Every day, interested people apply to us and request information about our franchise system.

You contact the applicants, find out if they are a good fit for us and answer their initial questions.
In addition, you proactively use Xing, LinkedIn and other social media channels and independently generate leads.
You are the first source of ideas for the management to discuss and improve the process of finding franchise partners.
You maintain the sales software (Hubspot) and generate performance tracking using Microsoft BI.
After partners have decided to join us, you accompany them until they really get started. You are the face of bazuba.

What you bring with you:

Several years of experience in B2B and/or B2C sales
Experience (at best in sales use) with Xing and LinkedIn
Experience in dealing with CRM systems is an advantage
A good understanding of commercial contexts
Very good communication skills, both written and spoken
Hands-on work attitude, creative drive, flexibility and ability to work in a team
A strong sense of responsibility and a results-oriented approach to work, as well as the ability to have many issues under control at the same time
Enjoy professional communication with people of different backgrounds
Very good knowledge of German

The European headquarters is located 15 minutes south of Vienna. In Austria it is obligatory to state what colleagues in the company can earn. We think this is good. It increases transparency and lets everyone involved start the recruiting process with a good feeling. You can expect a starting gross annual salary in a range between 38,000 euros and 54,000 euros on a full-time basis.
